Clinical Collaborative Portal
Paragon has developed a Clinical Collaborative Portal solution for sharing of data and documents among sponsors, CROs, and investigator sites during a study. Instead of relying on time-consuming fax or hard-copy processes, this Portal will allow for real-time sharing. Updates to protocols, SOPs, training documents, etc. can be immediately made available to the sites. Among other features, the discrepancy tracking process can also be automated, saving significant time over the fax method. Role-based security is also available to ensure that the sites only have access to the information you want them to see. In addition, all correspondence is tracked via a 21 CFR Part 11 compliant audit trail mechanism. Paragon’s Clinical Portal can be implemented within any portal or collaborative workspace requested by the sponsor, or Paragon can recommend a solution that best fits your needs.

Co-development Collaborative Portal
For companies co-developing drugs, Paragon has implemented Co-development Collaborative Portals. This portal will allow partnering companies to share relevant data more quickly and efficiently than the current method of secure email. Documents, notes, and diagrams can be shared. In addition, chats or threaded discussion groups around particular topics can be initiated, tracked, and posted to allow for more ad hoc sharing of information. The end result of this portal is a true knowledge management repository of all relevant development information for the relevant product(s). As with the Clinical Collaborative Portal, role-based security is available to limit access to information by company, group, or compound.
