Sugg will be responsible for managing and growing the BPM practice and its solution offerings, which enable clients to optimize business outcomes by leveraging efficient, predictable, customer-centric practices and business systems.

Sugg joins Paragon from a leading BPM software firm, where as an industry vertical lead, he created and implemented innovative strategies to maximize client returns on BPM investments with an intense focus on customer experience. With over 20 years of business process and reengineering experience in the insurance industry, he has held senior roles at two major financial services firms in a variety of global, strategic and operational assignments in both P&C and life insurance. Sugg earned his undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University, and completed his graduate work at New York University.
